Shipping Methods
All of our products can be shipped worldwide by sea, by air or by international express logistics via DHL, FEDEX, UPS. You are welcome to get a free quotation by filling up the form with name, email, detailed address, product and requirements, we will shortly contact you with the full information including the most suitable delivery method (fast, secure, discreet) and freight. We deliver our product by ship, sometimes, as customer's requirements, we can also deliver by air or by train. When our products arrived at your sea port or destination, you can pick up with the bill of lading we offered. We can also arrange the cargo agent to send to your door.
Shipping Rates
We reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge if the actual rate comes back higher than originally calculated due to the dim weight of the package. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses as well as customs charges, taxes and fees, and duties due upon entering the destination location.
Shipment Tracking
The process is relatively simple and well organized. Once the product has left our factory, your shipment will be assigned a delivery number. This is the tracking number for your shipment. We will contact you with the tracking information and the website where you will be able to monitor your shipment.
Damaged Shipments
We carefully select our carriers based on the safe and courteous delivery of your products at a reasonable price. However, occasionally damage may occur to a shipment. While this is rare customers are asked to follow a simple procedure that will expedite the claim process (if needed).
